Customer should pick up the products within 30 days upon completion.
Local delivery
- We shall be responsible for delivery within Hong Kong SAR only.
- Delivery will be made within office hours. Due to the uncertainty of traffic conditions, we will only provide rough estimates for the time of delivery. Delivery at specific times or outside office hours are charged additionally.
- Delivery to remote areas are charged additionally.
- Customer should make sure that the provided address is correct. Should the delivery be refused by the recipient, the customer should be responsible for any extra charge.
- Customers who would like to deliver the goods to a hotel address should contact the hotel in advance, and indicate the name of recipient, room number (if applicable) or event name. Fingerprint shall not be responsible for the loss or damage once the delivery is made.
- If ID registration or parking permit is required, please let us know in advance.
- Our courier is not responsible for inspecting the goods. Should you have any enquiries regarding to the product, please contact your sales representative.
Third-party courier services
- We can arrange third-party courier services on your behalf. Service charge may be incurred.
- Once the goods are sent out, Fingerprint shall not be responsible for any loss of/damage to the goods or delay to the delivery.
- Purchase of insurance is recommended.
- Please let us know in advance should you wish to ship the goods internationally. Goods shall be packed appropriately.
