• Refund / exchange requests must be made within 7 days upon collection of goods.
  • The original goods must be returned upon the refund / exchange of goods.

Fingerprint does not accept refund with the following reasons:

  • The content of the artwork is incorrect, and is supplied by client
  • The colour of the printed product does not align with the colour shown on screen
  • The colour of the printed product does not align with the colour of your other products, and colour sample was not provided in advance
  • Poor adhesiveness of sticker, where sample was not requested in advance
  • Poor printing quality, where the material is provided by client
  • Goods are damaged during delivery, where the delivery service is provided by a third-party courier
  • Unsmooth diecut edges
  • A trimming deviation within 1mm
  • Special colors are to be printed, but instructions were not clearly made

Fingerprint reserves the final right in case of dispute.
