Fluorescent Spot Color Printing, Let the Colors Speak
Fingerprint has always been advancing with innovative technology. Our previously launched digital spot color technology has been well received by the market.
We once again break the boundaries. The newly introduced swissQprint Impala 4 UV printer, unlike ordinary printers, supports printing on flat sheet materials as well as roll materials such as posters, banners, extending its usage to display boards, keychains, masks, and even stage or exhibition backdrops. A wider range of specialty colors including fluorescent pink, fluorescent orange, white and clear may be used along with regular CMYK colors, making the printing color gamut wider and more vivid, further expanding the feasibility of printing. Fluorescent Spot Color
(Applicable to swissQprint Impala4)
New Impala 4 supports fluorescent pink, orange, white and clear varnish. The printing color gamut is wider and more vivid. In addition to paper, fluorescent colors can be applied to acrylic, aluminum plastic boards and other materials. The flat printer supports large spray paintings and roll materials, further expanding the printing possibilities.
You can use the following primary colors to form Fluorescent Spot Color：
Digital Spot Color
(Applicable to Revoria PC1120)
Digital Spot Color is applicable to Revoria PC1120, making the printing color more vivid and can be applied to business cards, nameplates, awards and other materials. Case sharing: Infinite Pink Possibilities, Creative Design
You can use the following primary colors to form digital spot color:

What is the difference between digital spot color and fluorescent spot color?
Digital spot color is applicable to Revoria machines, while fluorescent spot color is applicable to Impala machines. The colors are more vibrant under the ultraviolet light. The two machines have different uses. We will recommend the most suitable printing method based on your needs.
What materials can be used?
When using UV printing, fluorescent spot color can be printed on paper and can be applied to acrylic, wood-like boards and other special materials.
Can gradient be used?
Yes. When submitting the file, please adjust the transparency value (Alpha value, 0.0 is fully transparent, 1.0 is solid).
Droptix Printing
Droptix adds a third dimension to your creation.
By printing the main content on the back of the transparent acrylic and then printing the lens on the front, you can transform a flat surface into a three-dimensional surface, making it more eye-catching.
These lenses act like tiny magnifying glasses, reflecting a repeated pattern or symbol. Depending on the design requirements, they can cover the entire surface or only specific areas of the substrate. For example, advertising products can be placed in the center of the image, surrounded by a 3D effect to set the atmosphere. If backlighting is added, it can be stunning.
We can use Droptix printing technology to add 3D effects to display items, packaging, posters, POS items and indoor decoration elements, making them instantly eye-catching and giving great freedom to design and size.
Pyramid Printing
This technology uses the precision of swissQprint's UV printer to add color changes based on the viewing angle.
By controlling the droplet position precisely, the ink is deposited in an exact pyramid shape, creating multiple tiny pyramids. For example, by filling one side of the pyramid with green and the other side with blue, a dynamic color change effect can be created, making the color change based on the viewing angle. This technology can be implemented on any flat material, unlike raster printing, which requires expensive special substrates.
Print with Special Colors
Your printed items can use gold, silver, clear varnish, white and other special colors to create eye-catching colors. In addition to traditional CMYK, we can also use two additional special color powders.
Trimming
We can use paper guillotine, CNC cutting machine, laser cutting machine to cut your printed items to the desired shape and size. The trimming methods include cutting, half-cutting, full-cutting, CNC cutting, laser cutting and knife cutting.
Custom Materials
We accept self-selection or customer-provided materials for printing, including paper, acrylic, aluminum boards and other materials to meet your personalized printing needs.
Post-processing
We offer a range of post-processing services, including shrink film, canvas eyelets, foamboard back processing, foamboard edge processing, hot stamping, lamination, and more.
